What does the subscription include?+

Do I need to learn anything or install anything?+
No. Just write what you want in plain language — as if you were talking to a person — and we do the rest. No technical prompts, no setup, no tutorials.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?+
Yes. No commitments. From your dashboard you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan in one click. Plan changes are prorated automatically: you only pay the difference.
What if something doesn't turn out right?+
We redo it at no cost. You never pay for our technical errors. If you're still not satisfied, reach out and we'll find a solution.
Do I own the rights to what I create?+
Yes. Everything you create with NeuroBulls is yours, with full commercial rights. You can use it for clients, sell it, publish it — no restrictions.
How does VAT billing work?+
The price you see is before VAT. At checkout we add the VAT applicable to your country and generate a full invoice with your tax ID that you can download from your dashboard every month.
What if I need more volume than what's included in my plan?+
If you're a heavy user, the Business or Enterprise plans cover very high volumes. If that's still not enough, we'll work out a custom plan — no hassle.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Data stored on European servers, GDPR compliant, no training models with your information. Enterprise adds a signed DPA and advanced compliance.
